Job Description
Process and manage weekly payroll for union and non-union employees. Ensure certified payroll reporting compliance (Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage). Maintain accurate employee records, job costing allocations, and benefit deductions. Liaise with HR and project managers to verify timecards, union agreements, and labor classifications. Oversee year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and audits.

The Successful Applicant
3+ years of payroll experience in the construction industry (union payroll required). Strong knowledge of certified payroll regulations and job cost coding. Experience with payroll software such as Viewpoint, Sage, or similar. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable communicating across departments. Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
