Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and policy development
Manage and develop a two-person team supporting HR and payroll functions
Ensure compliance with certified payroll and prevailing wage regulations on construction projects
Oversee and drive the payroll system migration to Paycom
Align HR practices with broader company goals through close collaboration with leadership
What You Bring
Solid background in HR and payroll, ideally within the construction industry
Demonstrated leadership experience with both people and processes
Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage regulations (preferred, not required)
