Office Assistant Job Responsibilities: Happily runs outside errands and multitasks within the office environment Receives and distributes communications; collects and mails correspondence Anticipates and fulfills supply needs Provides office communications support Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, and calling for repairs. Happy to pivot in a work environment of rapid course change-ups.
