Community Care Family Medicine is seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN to become part of our vibrant team! This is a 40-hour workweek, with convenient hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm . Join us and you could be eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus! Key Responsibilities: Administer and accurately record vaccines. Document patient conversations as needed. Ensure timely and accurate patient record documentation. Maintain smooth and efficient patient flow. Prepare patients for their visits in accordance with office protocols. Collect specimens (e.g., urine, blood) as directed by the healthcare provider. Process lab orders quickly and efficiently. Assist with clinical office procedures as instructed (including PFTs, EKGs, nebulizer treatment, medication administration, and immunizations). Manage patient prescriptions effectively. Prior LPN experience in a medical practice or experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician. Strong computer skills with EMR experience. Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols. Understanding of infection control policies, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality. Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality and discretion. Familiarity with medical chart reporting and records. Skilled in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.
