Schedule: This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Exciting Incentive! This role is eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,500! In this role, your responsibilities will include: Administering and recording vaccines. Documenting patient interactions and maintaining accurate patient records. Ensuring timely patient flow and preparing patients for their visits. Obtaining specimens such as urine and blood as directed. Entering orders in the lab system efficiently. Performing clinical procedures and assisting in patient care as directed by the provider. Processing patient prescriptions and discussing test results in accordance with provider instructions. Prior LPN experience in a medical practice or experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician. Strong computer skills, including familiarity with EMR systems. Knowledge of fundamental nursing principles and protocols. Understanding of infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality policies. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism. Familiarity with medical charting and record keeping. Skill in assessment and assistance techniques.
