Be the LPN/LVN You've Always Wanted to Be Your rewarding journey involves: Providing direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders. Observing patient behaviors and monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborating with Registered Nurses, sharing findings, and implementing patient care plans. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Preferred: one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
