Location: Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days in the office per week Employees: 750 | Industry: SaaS, Construction | Reporting To: CRO Exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a proven track record for career advancement. Responsibilities: Leading the BDR/SDR team responsible for generating new, qualified opportunities and demonstrations for the sales team Building scalable outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to drive pipeline growth Owning top-of-funnel metrics for the organization: lead to opportunity conversion, meeting volume, discovery quality Identifying areas for improvement, innovation, and investment Partnering with marketing to refine lead scoring modules, campaign targeting, messaging Providing training on discovery, needs assessment, and consultative early-stage conversations Requirements: 8+ years of experience in business development/sales development (SDR/BDR) leadership roles Background in enterprise software (SaaS) and high velocity and high call volume organizations Expertise in outbound and inbound lead generation strategies Experience implementing AI technology solutions is preferred Experience with Dialpad or HubSpot is preferred Salesforce CRM expertise is required Benefits: Benefits start on the first day of employment 401K with company match (both immediately 100% vested) Open PTO plan Competitive medical, dental, vision plans – access to telemedicine and HAS plans Short-term and long-term disability, FSA, commuter benefits, life and accident insurance Compensation: Salary: $150K - $160K OTE: $200K - $225K
