Our dedicated hiring coordinators will assist you throughout the entire application and onboarding process. As a substitute paraprofessional, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide essential support to students, particularly those with special needs, ensuring they achieve maximum academic and personal growth. Your role will include a variety of responsibilities that enhance the educational experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups. Assist the teacher in managing the classroom and supervising students effectively. Help with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and setting up equipment. Supervise students in various school environments, including the cafeteria, playground, and during field trips. Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs. Support students with special needs by implementing the provisions in their IEPs/504 Plans. Perform additional duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Pay: $13-$22/hr
