We are currently seeking substitute paraprofessionals to fill immediate openings with a leading education provider. No prior teaching experience is necessary. We welcome applications from both certified substitute paraprofessionals and those new to the field. As a substitute paraprofessional, you will assist classroom teachers and provide essential support to students with diverse needs, facilitating both academic success and personal growth. Your responsibilities may include: Providing targeted instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups. Helping the teacher with classroom management and overall supervision of students. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and setting up equipment. Supervising students in various settings, including the cafeteria, playground, during field trips, and in after-school programs. Attending to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional requirements. Supporting students with special needs by implementing components of their IEPs/504 Plans. Performing additional duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or school staff. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Compensation: $13-$22/hr
