Key Responsibilities: Offer instructional help to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning. Assist the teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining an engaging environment. Help with organizing materials and setting up classroom equipment. Supervise students during lunch, recess, hallways, field trips, and before/after school programs. Address the physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs of students. Support students with special needs by adhering to their IEPs/504 Plans. Carry out other tasks as assigned by the classroom teacher and school administration. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Compensation: $13-$22/hr
