The role of a substitute paraprofessional is vital in supporting classroom teachers and helping students, especially those with special needs, achieve their full potential. Responsibilities include: Providing instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups. Assisting teachers with classroom management and overall supervision of students. Helping with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and setting up equipment. Supervising students during lunch, recess, specials, and field trips. Addressing students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs. Supporting students with special needs by following IEPs/504 Plans. Completing additional tasks as directed by the classroom teacher or school administration. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required. Strong proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). Pay: $13-$22/hr
