It is transactional, compliance, and touches on a little litigation as well. Conflicts experience a plus! Responsibilities include: Transactional and contracts - drafting/revising/reviewing contracts Working cross-functionally with the GC, Finance, Practice Groups, and Conflicts Ability to research effectively Conflict, engagement letter, and audit review Regulatory compliance Insider trading and AML/KYC projects Work with internal and external clients Experience with litigation
