Law Firm Conflicts and Compliance Paralegal working with a sophisticated, top tier law firm. Opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large, reputable law firm but a position that is like an in-house role within the firm! This is a unique opportunity as it is an all-encompassing role with lots of exposure and visibility, offers hybrid and work life balance, and the opportunity to get further exposure and trained on more sophisticated legal and compliance work. It is transactional, compliance, and touches on a little litigation as well. Conflicts experience a plus!

Responsibilities include: Transactional and contracts - drafting/revising/reviewing contracts Working cross-functionally with the GC, Finance, Practice Groups, and Conflicts Ability to research effectively Conflict, engagement letter, and audit review Regulatory compliance Insider trading and AML/KYC projects Work with internal and external clients Experience with litigation
