: Pay Range: $74.73hr - $78.73hr We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and product teams in shaping the future state of critical business processes. This role will bridge business and technology, ensuring that requirements are clear, data is clean, and change readiness is achieved for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business Users and Product Teams to Shape the Future State Engage with stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and unmet needs in areas such as financial forecasting, content planning, and monetization. Co-lead the design of future-state processes aligned to product goals and platform capabilities. Facilitate working sessions and interviews to identify the true problems to solve, business rules, exception handling, and operational constraints. Lead Cross-Workstream Business Analysis Perform program-level analysis to inform prioritization, sequencing, and cross-functional dependencies. Break down large, ambiguous business needs into actionable stories and backlog items. Track open questions, process gaps, and readiness issues, coordinating resolution with stakeholders. Drive Data Quality and Clean-Up Alignment Identify and document data quality issues, duplication, mapping gaps, and legacy structures. Define data clean-up requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation checkpoints. Support semantic alignment by mapping business terms to canonical data definitions and highlighting conflicts. Support Communication and Change Readiness Prepare clear process maps, decision logs, functional requirements, and readiness trackers. Co-create onboarding and enablement materials, translating technical impacts into business implications. Monitor user readiness and escalate blockers related to process ownership, data access, or capacity. Must-Have Skills / Requirements: 4-5+ years of experience using Confluence for requirements documentation, Jira for task/ticket management, and Miro for collaboration. 4-5+ years of experience communicating with cross-functional and global teams; experience presenting to executives is preferred. 8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably supporting cross-functional technology and data transformation initiatives. Functional Knowledge And Core Strengths: bility to "zoom in and out" between details and program-level goals. Strong bridge between business and technology-able to translate goals into actionable insights and technical trade-offs into business terms. Skilled at navigating ambiguity, driving alignment through facilitation, and influencing without authority. User-focused mindset with curiosity and continuous improvement orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience mapping current and future-state business processes and defining user stories in agile environments. Familiarity with data quality analysis, clean-up planning, and metadata alignment. Understanding of financial, operational, or content-related processes in media or entertainment. Strong attention to detail and/or Data QA experience. Technology Requirements: Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio). Competence with data exploration tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Experience with collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
