Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Duration: 9+ Months Contract on W2 to Permanent Location: Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid (3 days onsite) Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 4 to 6 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility Local government experience strongly desired Knowledge of Land Management / Permitting COTS applications such as Accela Civic Platform strongly desired. Knowledge of work order management systems such as Lucity desired. Has participated end-to-end in an average size Permitting or work order system implementation in the last 3 years. Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology Advanced analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral) Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office products Visio and Project. The hourly rate for this position is between $55.00 - $61.48 per hour.
