The place of performance for this position is in the San Diego, CA. Responsibilities: Analyzes the organization's strategic business needs Provide support to business managers, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and/or technicians Perform work measurement studies, program/project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, workload change impacts, or other business-related analyses Collects information for program or project milestones, financial, acquisition, policy, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Training and training plans Create workflow diagrams, mock-ups, and user stories to ensure team and stakeholders are aligned before development begins Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client. Prepares and submits position and information papers in response to government requirements. Agile Development practices Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or technical related technical field Min 3 years of relevant focused experience Active S3cret security clearance Desired Qualifications : 1 year experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis Excellent communicator Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. Solid relationship builder Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
