As a substitute paraprofessional, you will assist the classroom teacher in fostering an engaging learning environment and supporting students in achieving their fullest potential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing instructional assistance to individual students or small groups. Supporting the teacher with classroom management and supervision. Helping prepare classroom materials and setting up equipment. Supervising students in various settings such as the cafeteria, schoolyard, hallways, and during field trips. Addressing students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs. Supporting students with special needs by following their IEPs/504 Plans. Performing additional duties as assigned by the classroom teacher and school administration. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). Pay: $13-$22/hr
