We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Executive Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to support senior leadership and play a key role in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing board materials, and assisting with internal communications.
- Manage the executive's calendar, prioritizing appointments and coordinating complex schedules.
- Draft, edit, and prepare emails, memos, meeting minutes, and other precise correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Develop visually compelling and effective PowerPoint presentations for various audiences.
- Assist with program and event coordination, including marketing, website updates, and logistical support.
- Organize meetings by scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering as needed.
- Conduct donor research and prepare materials for donor meetings to support fundraising efforts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to board members, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of key activities.
- Uphold a high standard of attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a dynamic setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with database management and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional work outside standard business hours.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; non-profit experience is a plus.
