Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each one runs smoothly and meets the objectives of our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a creative mindset to make every event unique and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
• Develop event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and managed within budget.
• Research and select suitable venues, suppliers, and vendors for each event.
• Create and distribute event timelines, schedules, and to-do lists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
