Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each one runs smoothly and meets the objectives of our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a creative mindset to make every event unique and memorable.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
Develop event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and managed within budget.
Research and select suitable venues, suppliers, and vendors for each event.
Create and distribute event timelines, schedules, and to-do lists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
