The Human Resources, Payroll, & Benefits Administrator supports all aspects of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations for 150+ employees using ADP and other platforms. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely communication related to payroll, benefits enrollment, employee onboarding, leave administration, and HR policy execution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR systems while providing exceptional service to employees. Additionally, the role contributes to employee engagement and helps maintain company culture through consistent communication and support.

Job Details
* Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related discipline. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and general human resources activities preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources and familiarity with federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Payroll and HRIS systems. * Maintain a friendly, positive, and approachable demeanor in all situations. * Trustworthy and discreet with a high degree of personal integrity to maintain sensitive and confidential information. * Strong analytical problem-solving and customer service skills. * Prioritize and execute projects / tasks in a high-pressure environment while balancing multiple projects and adhering to strict deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences. * Flexible, open to change, and accepting new unique projects or responsibilities. * Desire to continuously learn and stay current on laws, rules, regulations, and trends affecting the human resources field.
