Responsibilities include:
Working directly with the General Manager and Corporate. Must have ambition to become a GM and move up within the company. Daily operation of the facility, managing employees, training employees, scheduling, operating within a budget, ordering supplies, maintenance, deposits, customer service, reading P&Ls, teachable, and understanding how to market our product. This is an upbeat, fun place to work with about 20 to 30 employees. Must be willing to work weekends. Additional responsibilities include: building a successful team, achieving goals, and meeting Fly High standards for 1. Fun 2. Cleanliness, and 3. Safety.

Certifications:
-CPR Certification
-Food Handlers Permit

Additional information
-Would like to see 2 years or more of upper management experience, or a bachelor's degree.
-40 hrs of vacation time after 90 days

-Must be available nights and weekends.
