Join a Leading Healthcare Network as an Accounts Payable Supervisor We're seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-performing AP team in a fast-paced shared services environment. If you're ready to manage the full AP and disbursement cycle, implement best practices, and guide a team with purpose-this role is for you. What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Supervisor:
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the full scope of accounts payable operations, including:
Overseeing disbursement processes, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and compliant
Managing the complete AP cycle: invoice intake, coding, approvals, 3-way matching, and payment execution
Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of AP processors in a shared services setting
Identifying and resolving complex invoice discrepancies or vendor issues
Ensuring proper internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness across all AP functions
Maintaining data accuracy and reporting using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and ERP systems (Workday/PeopleSoft preferred)
Collaborating across departments to improve AP processes and payment timelines
What You Bring as an Accounts Payable Supervisor:
3-5+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor, ideally within a shared services or healthcare organization
Strong knowledge of disbursements, AP systems, and internal controls
Experience managing high-volume AP workloads with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Intermediate to advanced Excel and strong 10-key ability
ERP experience (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)
Clear communication and team leadership skills
