Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily invoice processing operations and assign workflow queues to team members
Monitor invoice progress to ensure timely and accurate payment
Manage PO and non-PO invoices, troubleshoot exceptions, and coordinate with internal departments and vendors
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and accounts payable best practices
Identify and resolve payment, approval, and system-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Train and coach AP team members while leading continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring
2-5 years of accounts payable supervisory experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
Experience managing high-volume invoicing in deadline-driven environments
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs required)
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities
Clear communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
