What Youll Do as an Accounts Payable **
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, youll be responsible for the full scope of accounts payable operations, *
Overseeing disbursement processes, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and compliant
Managing the complete AP * *** invoice intake, coding, approvals, 3-way matching, and payment execution
Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of AP processors in a shared services setting
Identifying and resolving complex invoice discrepancies or vendor issues
Ensuring proper internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness across all AP functions
Maintaining data accuracy and reporting using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and ERP systems (Workday/PeopleSoft preferred)
Collaborating across departments to improve AP processes and payment timelines
What You Bring as an Accounts Payable **
3-5+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor, ideally within a shared services or healthcare organization
Strong knowledge of disbursements, AP systems, and internal controls
Experience managing high-volume AP workloads with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Intermediate to advanced Excel and strong 10-key ability
ERP experience (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)
Clear communication and team leadership skills
