The beautiful Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort is seeking a dynamic individual who can make an impact on our guests' satisfaction scores. Complies with all guest service basics such as uniforms, name tags and proper guest greeting. Knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist guests as appropriate. Ensures all communication containing Company, hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices and regulations. Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.

Essential functions include performing a wide variety of administrative assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature, operating a computer to enter data, drafting, editing, revising and printing letters, reports and other materials, operating a photocopy, fax and other office equipment, greeting visitors and answering, screening and routing phone calls, sorting, screening and distributing incoming mail, resolving routine administrative problems and answering inquiries concerning activities and operations, establishing, maintaining and updating files, records and other documents, arranging and scheduling meetings, travel, interviews and appointments, ordering supplies, being on time and at work when scheduled, attending department meetings as scheduled, complying with policies and procedures, practicing safe work habits and complying with sanitary, safety, and consistent professionalism at all times.

Knowledgeable in working with Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, Power Point, OPERA experience is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality with tact, diplomacy, and discretion. Ability to timely compile facts/figures, identify and investigate issues and resolve matters. Ability to follow an appropriate course of action based on management's direction and Company policies and procedures. Ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment. Pay close attention to details with strong organizational and efficient time management skills. Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient. Ability to satisfy the legal requirements for employment within the jurisdiction. Professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
