*Duties*

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in senior leadership roles within operations management or related fields. * Proven project execution planning and tracking, commercial roofing * Demonstrated expertise in job costing and tracking * Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience related to the commercial roofing industry * Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation. * Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on insights.

Pay: $142,353.91 - $200,000.00 per year
