Compensation : $185,000 – $215,000 base salary
About the Role We’re seeking a proven operations leader to scale our field services organization from a regional footprint to a multi-state operation. You’ll oversee growth from 3 locations in 1 state to 14 depots in 7 states, building the operational playbooks, KPIs, and team structure needed to support 45 technicians and 20 coordinators by 2028. This role requires a builder’s mindset, deep operational discipline, and the ability to integrate teams from acquisitions while maintaining high performance and culture.
Key Responsibilities • Scale field operations by at least 2.5x, opening and managing depots across multiple states.
• Build and implement detailed operational playbooks for all field roles with proven adoption and results.
• Achieve 90%+ annual retention across field teams through engagement, coaching, and performance management.
• Forecast, budget, and manage field spend with rigorous variance reviews and accountability.
• Establish and maintain clear production quotas, staffing plans, and inventory readiness to meet demand.
• Track and improve KPIs, ensuring at least 85% of technicians meet or exceed production targets.
• Lead M&A field integration, aligning systems, culture, and standards across acquired teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to align forecasts, processes, and communication.
• Build and manage a vetted subcontractor network in multiple regions, ensuring consistent quality.
Qualifications • 10+ years in multi-site field services leadership, preferably scaling from regional to multi-state operations.
• Demonstrated success in building high-performance teams, playbooks, and scalable operational structures.
• Experience with budget forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L accountability at the regional or national level.
• Proven track record in KPI design, implementation, and driving team adoption.
• M&A integration experience in field operations preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills across field, office, and cross-departmental teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits • $185,000 – $215,000 base salary
