Vice President of Operations (Equity Opportunity)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President to oversee the performance, growth, and operations of multiple locations within Central PA. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, driving sales, managing teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Development
Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to expand market share and generate new business.
Guide local teams in meeting sales goals through coaching, performance reviews, and market insights.
Cultivate partnerships and referral channels to support long-term growth across all locations.
Operations & Expansion
Lead the launch and setup of new locations, ensuring proper staffing, workflow, and vendor partnerships.
Oversee daily operations at each site, ensuring consistency in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor resource allocation and streamline processes to maximize efficiency and output.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, hire, and onboard local leadership
Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, fostering a results-driven, team-oriented culture.
Facilitate performance evaluations and implement growth plans for team members.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and assess results using internal management tools and dashboards.
Identify trends and gaps in performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Regularly report regional progress to ownership and collaborate with other company leaders to align on initiatives.
Training & Compliance
Coordinate leadership development programs in collaboration with the corporate team.
Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations related to labor, licensing, insurance, and permits.
Oversee administrative functions such as payroll and documentation management.
Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
Ensure that all teams provide exceptional service and respond effectively to customer concerns.
Monitor and uphold high standards of professionalism, quality, and follow-through across every office.
Financial Oversight
Track expenses and revenues to align with financial goals.
Propose cost-effective strategies to improve margins and minimize waste.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Experience in Construction or Home Services Industry
Demonstrated success in leading regional or multi-unit operations
Strong background in sales strategy, team management, and customer service
Professional and polished with exceptional interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Effective at conflict resolution and escalation management
Able to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions quickly
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Must pass background and reference checks
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + commission
Equity Opportunity - TBD for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
