Job Description: Parsons is seeking a dynamic, industry-leading Vice President & Manager of Engineering to lead our growing Parsons Federal engineering practice.
Location: Preferably in our Pasadena, CA office. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

We have extensive experience supporting programs for agencies like GSA, FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, USPS, DOE, NASA, Veterans Affairs, DHS, Army, Navy, and Air Force worldwide, providing program management, engineering support, staff augmentation, and on-site support.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage a nationwide, multidisciplinary design team supporting multibillion-dollar design and design-build programs.
Supervise a large organization of approximately 300 designers and engineers across the US.
Ensure projects are executed on budget, on schedule, and with high quality.
Lead bidding and proposal efforts for design and engineering content, contributing to technical solutions.
Engage with clients through meetings and site visits to facilitate technical discussions and grow the business.
Provide site leadership at Pasadena and oversee other design locations across the US.
Strategically plan the engineering portfolio, including staffing, overhead, and investments.
Participate in professional societies and the technical community as an industry leader.
Bring technical expertise and improvements to engineering execution and delivery processes.
Contribute to Parsons' leadership team, upholding core values.
Plan regional growth strategies, including real estate and staffing decisions.
Required Skills and Education: PE licensure in CA, VA, OH, IL, MI, NC, NY (and other states with Officer requirements) with experience as a firm officer/qualifier.
Minimum of 20 years managing design projects, including engineering design and field engineering.
Experience with federal clients like DOD, DOE, and familiarity with DOE NQA-1 standards.
Proficiency in integrating engineering software data sets for deliverables.
Project engineering and management experience.
Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse needs.
Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
Understanding of A/E services, Owner's Engineer contracting, Design/Build, construction support, and EPC methodologies.
Experience with Brooks Act / SF330 proposal development.
Willingness to learn and utilize Parsons' 80-year project legacy.
Travel approximately 25-35%.
Top Secret clearance preferred.

Salary Range: $179,800 - $343,700
