This role is essential in the accurate cutting and shaping of metal components used across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machine operation, specifically tube laser machinery, and will contribute to the high standards of quality and efficiency that Lou-Rich, Inc. is known for. Operate tube laser machinery to produce parts according to specified engineering drawings. Adjust machine settings to match material type and thickness to ensure precision cutting. Perform regular maintenance on the tube laser machinery to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished parts using standard measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications. Coordinate with production team to achieve project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations within the production facility. Proficiency in operating CNC tube laser machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
