Role:

• Setup, operate, and monitor programs on the Tube Laser
• Read work orders to determine programming requirements.
• Performs consistent and accurate quality checks to detect and prevent part defects.
• Load and unload heavy material.
• Accurately complete paperwork for work orders, inspections, and material storage.
• Must be able to troubleshoot cut issues and know how to fix them.
• Performs daily housekeeping chores.
• Find, pull, and load material into the machine.

Requirements:

• Must know how to read blueprints.
• Must know how to handle and read calipers and tape measures.
• Must have knowledge of tube sizes, wall thickness and knowledge of different materials we cut.
• Tow motor experience and skills.
• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Required characteristics:
• Must be self-motivated
• Detail-oriented.
• Multi-task.
• High Energy
