Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/18/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Shifts : 4x 12s Timing : Night; 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Location : Memphis, TN 38104 Duration: 13 weeks Job Description: Nursing Float Pool Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.
Requirements: Active RN license in the state of TN or Compact/Multistate License. Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent Medsurg or higher experience. BSN required for international travelers Certifications Required: ACLS, and BLS
