Job Description:
* Nursing Float Pool
* Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
* Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
* Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.
Requirements:
* Active RN license in the state of TN or Compact/Multistate License.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent Medsurg or higher experience.
* BSN required for international travelers
* Certifications Required: ACLS, and BLS
