**Requirements:**

• Active RN License and BLS Certification. • 2+ years of home health experience. • Proficient in HCHB/OASIS, including Oasis E. • Reside within 30 minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing.

**Contract Details:**

• 13•week contract, 40 hours/week. • No overtime or on•call duties. • Pre•approved time off must be made up.
