Job responsibilities:

Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.

Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.

Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.

Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
