Job Description & Requirements Specialty: LPN / LVN Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 08/25/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)-Note that caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs).
