Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)-Note that caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date. *PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Certs REQ: BLS, Alaska License

Skills REQ: LTC Experience

Is on-call REQ: No

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes

Ratios: 1:20 Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility

Pending License Accepted: No, must have Alaska license in hand
