The Ideal Candidate

The Aspira Talent Acquisition Manager leads the entire end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring strong candidate-role alignment and long-term placement success. This role partners with hiring stakeholders to manage job descriptions, requisitions, interview scorecards, and KPIs while overseeing posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Recruitment Alignment: Collaborates with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and workforce plans.

· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manages national and international recruitment from job posting to onboarding.

· Talent Pipeline Development: Builds diverse candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, partnerships, and vendors.

· Candidate Experience: Coordinates interviews, travel, and communications to ensure a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.

· ATS & Platform Management: Oversees ATS, career site, and recruiting platforms for efficient job posting and tracking.

· Recruitment Analytics: Develops and reports on hiring metrics to guide strategy and planning.

· Compliance & Policy: Ensures legal hiring practices and supports manager education and sponsorship programs.

· Job Descriptions & Compensation: Writes and updates job descriptions; conducts market pay analysis for accurate postings.

· Onboarding & Integration: Leads 30/60/90-day check-ins to support new hire engagement and retention.

· Culture & HR Support: Champions company values, supports HR initiatives, and provides admin support as needed.

Desired Hardware and Software Competencies

· Microsoft Excel Intermediate Level: familiar navigating and using basic functions and formulas.

· Microsoft Suites Intermediate Level: professional usage of suites in an office setting

· Experience reviewing and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems

Desired Education and Experience

· Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 8+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

· Recruitment Scope: Proven success recruiting for mid-level to executive roles across technical, operational, and corporate functions, with experience in high-volume seasonal hiring and international recruitment (Canada).

· Strategic Leadership: Led nationwide recruitment initiatives, supporting multiple subsidiaries and employment programs.
