Responsibilities
Oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing effective job posting templates, monitoring candidate sourcing, and supporting offer negotiations. Coaches, mentors, and develops the Talent Acquisition Team. Fills corporate and senior-level job requisitions in a timely manner. Oversees the ATS system and operates as a super user. Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, acceptance rates, and workflow conversion rates. Manages the onboarding of new employees. Develops new recruitment strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition and makes recommendations accordingly. Provides guidance to hiring managers about the recruitment process and any challenges. Contributes to the development and enhancement of the company brand to recruit top talent. Ensures that recruitment processes adhere to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment. Previous experience supervising teams is highly preferred. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, and relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Able to identify areas of opportunity and offer creative and effective solutions. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
