As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with special needs, helping to foster their academic and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include providing instructional assistance, aiding classroom management, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all students. Provide personalized instructional support for individual students or small groups. Assist the classroom teacher with maintaining a conducive learning environment. Help with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and setting up equipment. Supervise students in various settings including the cafeteria, playground, and during field trips. Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs. Support students with special needs by following their IEPs/504 Plans. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the classroom teacher or school administration. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Strong proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). Pay: $13-$22/hr
