Ledgent Finance & Accounting is proud to partner with a well-established Service Company located in the Houston Galleria area. We're currently recruiting for a Staff Accountant to join their growing and collaborative team.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the General Ledger
Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Weekly check runs
High volume environment managing a large volume of transactions

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ year of general accounting experience
Solid understanding of journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations
Advanced Excel proficiency
