AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to 2nd – 12th grade students in South Holland, Illinois. This full-time role begins August 13th, 2025, and runs through May 29th, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students across a wide age range to support multimodal communication development and increase their independence. You'll also collaborate with a team of dedicated multidisciplinary professionals who share a commitment to student success. Responsibilities Provide full-time speech and language therapy services Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 3:00PM to 2nd – 12th grade students with cognitive disabilities. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language needs and increase independence. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $58,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply!
