Speech-Language Pathologist – Autism Program Cooperative: ECHO Joint Agreement Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5 Hours/Week | Onsite | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Dates: August 13, 2025 – May 29, 2026 Lunch: 30-minute unpaid duty-free lunch AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Autism Program through ECHO Joint Agreement for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position will support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a structured and supportive special education setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to students with autism, including both verbal and non-verbal communicators Implement and support AAC systems and other communication strategies Collaborate closely with special education teachers, behavior teams, and other related service providers Contribute to IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring Deliver services in individual, small-group, or classroom-integrated models
Caseload Details: Caseload: No more than 35–40 students Students in the ABLE Program have varying levels of communication needs and require individualized, autism-informed therapy Office space availability TBD
Qualifications: Active Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement Active Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) license Experience with autism and AAC is strongly preferred
Compensation: $58,000 – $70,000, based on experience and qualifications Why AnthroMed?
