The Application Development & Maintenance team is at the heart of creating, improving, and supporting our software systems within a collaborative environment. We work closely with business leaders to understand user needs and continually assess and enhance our applications. Your Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver innovative solutions in Medical Transportation and Freight Audit. Act as a primary IT liaison for the Medical Transportation teams. Collaborate with various IT teams within the organization as necessary. Conduct functional and manual testing as required. Develop and maintain a UI/UX Style Guide for enterprise applications. Engage with stakeholders to outline comprehensive business workflows and align them with technical solutions. Evaluate technical solutions and feasibility, providing estimates for implementation. Foster an inquisitive mindset to challenge the status quo and establish strategic roadmaps. Review and approve technical designs, ensuring performance requirements and sustainability. Manage relationships with third-party vendors effectively. Convert initiatives into technical stories and mentor junior team members. Conduct code reviews, offering technical guidance to developers. Your Qualifications: 4-8 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on expertise in custom application development. Proficiency in Angular, Java (Springboot), PCF or GKE, GCP, and MongoDB. Experience in software functional and manual testing using JIRA. Knowledge of maintaining UI/UX design for complex enterprise applications. Ability to support and create multi-system integrations (e.g., Boomi, Kafka). Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is a plus. Experience using Application Lifecycle Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and defining integration solutions (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace). Background in Transportation and Logistics software is preferred. Aptitude for troubleshooting complex issues and delivering effective solutions. Experience in formulating data preparation and testing strategies. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Your Contribution at This Level: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of concepts and technical skills to tackle various tasks and projects. Contribute to establishing policies and procedures. Operate on complex, broad-scope projects. Devise technical solutions for challenging problems. Implement innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. Work independently, receiving general guidance for new initiatives. Your work will be evaluated based on achieving objectives. Mentor less experienced coworkers.
