The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to high standards of safety and quality. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of construction sites, managing both personnel and materials effectively, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise the activities of all site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring efficiency and high work quality. Manage procurement and supply of materials, ensuring timely availability and minimal waste. Monitor project progress, updating stakeholders on status, delays, or issues encountered. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining all necessary permits and licenses. Address and resolve problems or conflicts that might arise during construction. Maintain daily logs, budget reports, and project documentation for all site operations. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict safety regulations and standards.
