As a Site Superintendent at Liro Group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at various project sites. Your primary role will include ensuring that the construction projects are completed according to the predefined standards, schedule, and budget. You will act as the key point of contact between the construction workers and the management team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of urban infrastructure projects that enhance community resources and functionality. Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with company and safety standards. Manage construction crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure project targets are met. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. Handle onsite conflict resolution and troubleshoot any potential delays or issues in the construction process. Maintain strict adherence to budgets and schedules, preparing regular status reports for upper management. Ensure all legal, environmental, and building regulations are followed. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all site personnel adhere to safety regulations and policies. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud). Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
