About the Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Counsel to oversee legal aspects of our Product Development and Marketing efforts. In this dynamic role, you will provide expert legal guidance to various teams including product management, marketing, engineering, and sales. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing, drafting, and offering legal advice on a broad array of advertising and marketing materials. Advising on legal requirements throughout the entire product life cycle. Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements. Identifying and analyzing business and commercial issues pertaining to legal matters. The successful candidate will possess a J.D. degree from an accredited law school, maintain membership in the California Bar, and have 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, including a minimum of 4 years as an in-house attorney. Your experience in a technology company specializing in product development and marketing will be invaluable, particularly if you have expertise in intellectual property and privacy law.
