About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Administrative Assistant / Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Boston. This role will focus on keeping our office running smoothly, planning corporate-wide events across 4 sites, and providing light executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate on-site activities for corporate-wide events across 4 sites, with a focus on Boston-based conferences and events * Partner with the Facilities team to ensure a smooth day-to-day office experience * Manage kitchen and office supply inventory, partnering with the porter and vendors to restock as needed * Set up catering and coordinate meal deliveries for meetings and events * Support Boston office events, including planning, hosting, and day-of execution with CEO EA support * Provide light calendar management for executive support with a primary focus on travel coordination and expense processing * Assist with occasional C-Suite lunch runs or other on-site requests as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Based in Boston with availability to be in the office Monday through Thursday (occasional Fridays as needed, with flexibility to work remotely) * 3 - 5 years of work experience in an administrative/office role * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Comfortable working with senior leaders and external vendors * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
