About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Administrative Assistant / Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Boston. This role will focus on keeping our office running smoothly, planning corporate-wide events across 4 sites, and providing light executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate on-site activities for corporate-wide events across 4 sites, with a focus on Boston-based conferences and events
Partner with the Facilities team to ensure a smooth day-to-day office experience
Manage kitchen and office supply inventory, partnering with the porter and vendors to restock as needed
Set up catering and coordinate meal deliveries for meetings and events
Support Boston office events, including planning, hosting, and day-of execution with CEO EA support
Provide light calendar management for executive support with a primary focus on travel coordination and expense processing
Assist with occasional C-Suite lunch runs or other on-site requests as needed
What We're Looking For:
Based in Boston with availability to be in the office Monday through Thursday (occasional Fridays as needed, with flexibility to work remotely)
3 - 5 years of work experience in an administrative/office role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working with senior leaders and external vendors
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

$68,200-$81,400 USD
